Ingrid Ursula (Ruppert) Haley, Age 82, born in Berlin, Germany on May 5, 1936. Predeceased by parents Erich Otto Nikolaus Ruppert and Margarete Luise Anna Ruppert (nee.Reichenberg) Also had a sister Doris (Ruppert) Doring. Passed away in the early morning hours of March 8th, 2019 after an extended illness at Mt Carmel St Ann’s. Survived by son, Vincent Gregory Haley of Kirkersville, Ohio and daughter, Christine M. (Larry) Graham (nee Haley and Haddox) of Westerville, Ohio. Preceded in death by her husband of 46 yrs, Charles. She will be interred at a future date in Dayton National Cemetery with him. Ingrid is also preceded in death by Vincent DePaul Haddox, ex spouse and the father of her children. She is also survived by Charlie’s stepchildren and their families, who loved and assisted her in life. She loved and thought of them often. She graduated in 1984 from Ohio University Zanesville with a AD as a Registered Nurse. She was a lifelong Ohio State University football fan ( GO BUCKS!) and the New Orleans Saints. She tolerated discussion of the New England Patriots. She loved gardening, cooking, and hummingbirds. She loved many pets in her lifetime, but especially her one of her last little dogs, Rosie. There will be a celebration of Life service at Dayton National Cemetery at a future date.
